Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the MBA Masters website or enrolling in any program. By accessing our site or purchasing a program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Master Builders Academy website (mbamasters.com) and any associated services, programs, or community platforms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Master Builders Academy (MBA Masters) provides educational programs, coaching, community access, and consulting services related to government contracting, labor compliance, and public works project management. Our services are delivered through:

Online training modules via the Skool community platform
Live group coaching sessions and Q&A calls
One-on-one mentorship and consulting (higher-tier programs)
Done-for-you services including SAM.gov registration, certified payroll, and bid preparation (Level 4 only)
Free educational resources including guides, checklists, and blog content

3. Program Enrollment and Payment

All program purchases are subject to the following terms:

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and agreed upon in writing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay at enrollment is locked for your current term
Access to community platforms and course materials begins upon confirmation of payment
MBA Masters reserves the right to refuse enrollment at our sole discretion

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our programs, refunds are subject to the following policy:

Community Access (Level 1): 7-day refund window from date of purchase
Group Mentorship (Level 2): 14-day refund window provided no coaching calls have been attended
Connected Coaching (Level 3): No refunds after the first coaching session has been completed
Done-For-You Services (Level 4): Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refund after active work has begun

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, templates, checklists, videos, and materials provided through MBA Masters — including but not limited to the $1B Submission Checklist, compliance systems, and bid frameworks — are the intellectual property of Master Builders Academy and its founders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any MBA Masters content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

MBA Masters provides education, frameworks, and coaching based on real-world experience. However, we make no guarantee of specific results including contract awards, revenue growth, or audit outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

Our programs are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice. Always consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, and financial guidance specific to your situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBA Masters, its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any information provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
