SMS Communications Policy

This SMS Policy governs text message communications between Master Builders Academy (MBA Masters) and individuals who have opted in to receive SMS messages from us. This policy complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state regulations.

1. Program Description

MBA Masters sends SMS text messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us. These messages may include:

Strategy call appointment reminders and confirmations
Program enrollment confirmations and onboarding information
Important updates about your program or community access
Occasional promotional messages about new programs, workshops, or free resources
Follow-up messages related to submitted inquiries or downloaded resources

2. How to Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from MBA Masters by one of the following methods:

Checking an SMS opt-in checkbox on any of our forms and providing your mobile number
Texting a keyword to our designated SMS number as prompted on our site or marketing materials
Verbally agreeing to receive SMS messages during a strategy call or consultation

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive automated text messages from MBA Masters.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on your program level and any active communications you have initiated. Appointment reminders are sent within 24 hours and 1 hour of your scheduled call.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MBA Masters is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

6. Help

For help with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message you receive or contact us at info@mbamasters.com. We respond to all help requests within one business day.

7. Privacy of SMS Data

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in status are stored securely in our GoHighLevel CRM. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Supported Carriers

MBA Masters SMS messages are supported by most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy as required by law or changes to our communications practices. Continued participation in SMS communications constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
